Each individual user is permitted to hold one (1) registered account on fe999 at any given time. Opening multiple accounts — whether using different names, email addresses, payment methods, device identifiers, or IP addresses — constitutes a serious breach of these Terms and will result in all associated accounts being permanently closed and all balances being voided.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account credentials, including your username and password. fe999 will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where the breach was due to your failure to keep credentials secure. • Accounts must be verified with government-issued ID before withdrawals are enabled.
• Account details (name, CNIC, date of birth) cannot be changed after registration without written approval from the fe999 compliance team.
• Dormant accounts (no login for 12 consecutive months) may be subject to an administrative maintenance fee of PKR 500 per month, deducted from any remaining balance until the balance reaches zero or the account is reactivated.
